Well, here it is: my first blog post ever. I’m probably quite late to the blogspace, but at least I finally got started. I’ve actually been reading blogs for quite a while, just never posted anything of my own. So what will you find me spewing about? Probably just about anything related to software development, from low-level ILDASM to high-level architecture, and everything in between (I’ll try to keep personal posts to a minimum). The primary focus is on Microsoft technologies, specifically .NET, although some WinDNA posts will appear (don't forget about all the not-yet-.NET developers), and I’m sure some Java and J2EE stuff will crop in from time to time.
As you may have guessed, I'm part of this LoudCarrot business. I might post some other time where the LoudCarrot name came from, but you should know it's not my full-time job. By day I'm an IT architect for a large insurance company and moonlight with LoudCarrot. Our focus at LoudCarrot is to provide quality .NET “stuff“ to the masses. By “stuff“ I mean anything from ASP.NET custom controls to full-blown technical solutions. We're very small (3 people) and we have to go slowly (we all have day jobs), but hopefully you'll find that we can provide value to the .NET developer community. Any and all feedback is appreciated - the good and the bad.
Anyhoo, check back often or subscribe to my feed to see what I’m working on or thinking about. And don't forget to comment when/where you feel the need.
