Picked this up from Stefano over at DotNetJunkies. You can get the new Royale theme from Windows XP MCE (Media Center Edition) 2005 for XP and Windows 2003. The Winbeta site has it. It's in a .rar format, so be sure to download WinRAR first so you can actually use the theme (just get the trial version and then delete it like I did).
As for the theme itself, it's pretty nice. I like it. Especially when you click the Start button.
