Now that the registration site is finally live (as of last week), I can announce this: I'm speaking at the Visual Studio 2005 Developers Conference in June. This one day conference is in a few select cities and is focused on upcoming features of .NET 2.0 and VS2005. There are three tracks: Smart Client, ASP.NET 2.0, and Team System. It looks like you have to pick a track when you register, so choose wisely (although I assume you can bounce in and out of each one).
I'll be speaking at the Detroit venue on June 16 and am giving the talk titled “Development: Writing Quality Code”. It focuses on using the built-in tools with VS Team System Developer Edition to write higher quality apps using code coverage, unit tests, and code analysis. Should be tons-o-fun.
The conference is cheap - $99 for the whole day. Considering the topics and the other speakers, it looks to be well worth the money. So if you're in Detroit or within a couple hours drive of Detroit, I'd try to get there. If anything, you can go to heckle me and ask a bunch of off-topic questions ;-)
