  • @hkarthik GoW2 will support up to 10 in multiplayer. An improvement from 8, but I wish they would've doubled it.
  • @hkarthik Weekly GoW2 matches work for me, but I already know I'll be on every night anyway.
  • Played a couple hours of Gears of War co-op tonight with @fallenrogue. Trying to get back in form for Nov 7.

WTF? Jamie Cansdale Not An MVP?

Wednesday, October 11 2006

I'm glad I actually read some blogs tonight otherwise it might have been a few more days before I would have known that Jamie Cansdale didn't get his MVP status renewed. Who's Jamie Cansdale? Only the single person responsible for TestDriven.NET (formerly known as the NUnitAddin for those not up with the times), the uber Visual Studio add-in that helps thousands of developers quickly and easily run unit tests (not to mention code coverage and profiling, depending on which version you have) within the IDE.

The blog posts by James and Roy Osherove hit the issue best, so I'm not going to type the same stuff here. But I must say that this is a huge disappointment on part of the MVP program because it seems to me that they let Microsoft legal have too much of an influence on the decision.
