- @hkarthik GoW2 will support up to 10 in multiplayer. An improvement from 8, but I wish they would've doubled it.
- @hkarthik Weekly GoW2 matches work for me, but I already know I'll be on every night anyway.
- Played a couple hours of Gears of War co-op tonight with @fallenrogue. Trying to get back in form for Nov 7.

Finally Going to the MVP Summit
Thursday, March 13 2008
One of the big perks that comes with being a Microsoft MVP is the MVP Summit. Travel expenses are on the attendees, but if you can make it out to Seattle, Microsoft picks up the tab for the hotel and more importantly, provides attendees with face time with Microsoft execs and product teams. And of course hanging out with everyone for a week geeking out isn't bad either.
My first two years as an MVP I wasn't able to make it, but this year I'm finally getting to go, and I'm pretty pumped about it. I've heard nothing but good things from people who have attended and am well aware of all the fun that I've missed out on. Like any conference-type event, I'm most looking forward to getting to meet and hang out with a bunch of people I rarely see, or only know of in the online world. Plus, I'll get to see my good buddy (and IIS Evangelist) Drew Robbins while I'm out there, and if you know Drew, you know good times are close behind ;-)
If anyone is going and want to meet up, just leave a comment and we'll try to coordinate something. I already know of at least two get-togethers: the Party with Palermo and the MVP Summit Geek Lager (RSVP to each of those if you want to go).
Hopefully I'll see you there. Should be a great time.
